West Coast Cannabis Shipping, Payment and Support Details

Ordering and shipping

  • WCC ships to Canadian addresses only.
  • There is no minimum order at WCC.
  • Orders over $150 after credits or discounts qualify for free shipping.
  • For orders under $150, the shipping fee is shown at WCC checkout.
  • Orders placed before 1 PM PST usually ship the same day. Orders after 1 PM PST usually ship the next day. Weekend orders ship Monday.

Payment and tracking

  • WCC accepts E-Transfer and Crypto.
  • E-Transfer payments can take up to 2 days to clear.
  • Bitcoin verification can take 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Most paid orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours.
  • Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery and packaging

  • Shipping carrier delivery after dispatch is described by WCC as about 2-3 business days.
  • Holiday, weather and carrier issues can delay delivery.
  • Packages are discreet, tamper-proof, private and vacuum-sealed.
  • Summer heat may soften concentrates and edibles; winter weather may freeze them in transit.

Lost, delivered and address risks

  • If the carrier marks a package as Delivered, WCC says it is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses, missing unit numbers, missing PO boxes and unclaimed post-office packages are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If a package is not picked up from the post office in time, WCC says it cannot reship or reimburse the order.
  • WCC asks customers to keep unboxing photos or video if there is a package arrival or missing-item issue.

Optional Lost Package Insurance

WCC offers optional Lost Package Insurance at checkout. Coverage levels listed by WCC:

  • $15 insurance covers orders up to $300.
  • $30 insurance covers orders up to $500.
  • $60 insurance covers orders up to $1,000.
  • $150 insurance covers orders up to $2,000.

WCC recommends choosing coverage equal to or higher than the order total.
